United Bank Of India [UBI] — amount debited but cash not received

I have operated my atm card at 11 december 2017 time: 19:53 atm-id:cnd8051 an boi atm machine vishwavidhalaya for withdrawal of rs.10000 and the operation was unsuccessful.
(System error pls cont bank)
But i have received a message that the amount has been debited from my account. I am a customer at united bank of india banarsi das estate, timar pur branch delhi-110054

Please resolve the issue and credit the said amount to my account
