United Bank Of India [UBI] — amount debited but not credited to beneficiary account

Good morning sir,
I, b. Anandarao have saving account number -[protected], ifsc-ubin0565148, tangutur branch. I tried to send 2000/- to account number-[protected], ifsc-synb0003278 on[protected] by using bhim app. Amount debited from my account number but not credited to beneficiary account. It said transaction failed.
They given you ref number[protected].
So, kindly reverse debited amount to my account as early possible.
