United Bank Of India [UBI] — amount deduct from my a/c but challan not payment on 10.10.17 & 06.12.17

1. On 10.10.2017 i had submitted a Grips challan for P-Tax but the amount @ rs. 600/- vide Transaction ID- S2784542 and Transaction Description[protected]/[protected] the amount deduct form my A/c but challan not paid.
2. On 06.12.2017 i had submitted a Gst return challan @ rs. 488/- vide Transaction Id S88570319 and Transaction Description
GST/[protected]/9105925/19ACKFS1787J1ZE the amount deduct form my A/c but challan not paid.
