[protected], have paid to wbsedcl for electricity bill july 2018 rs. 409.15, consumer i d no.[protected] through quick pay mode from my debit card o[censored]nited bank of india, a/c. No. Is[protected] and the amount debited by bank from my account and paid to wbsedcl paytm although i have no paytm account. Till now wbsedcl showing electric bill rs. 409.15 is pending. I, therefore i request you kindly refund the above amount rs. 409.15 and credit to my savings account no.[protected] immediately and inform me.
