United Bank Of India [UBI] — Atm card blocked

Address:Papum Pare, Arunachal Pradesh, 791111

My ATM card is blocked since 3-4 months. I have contacted to the branch also, they said there is no problem from their side. They suggested me to contact customer care but when ever I call on UBI customer care number, the line Is either busy or nobody receiving. So I want to know whats the matter and to get activated my account ASAP.
