Atm transaction failed but amount debited from my account and not getting any refund. The toll free number provided on bank's website is never going through, no email id for complain, no way to lodge complain online.
Cyber receipt of mini statement is attached here with, which i taken from internet banking for that particular transaction.

Hi, I done transaction from my debit card for 8000INR for online, my amount is debited but I cant see amount in virtual card(entropay). Entropay has refunded amount. When I can get amount in my bank. Thanks request you to contact me on[protected]
