United Bank Of India [UBI] — Atm transaction failure

On 26.1.2017 i have withdrawn an amount of rupees 10000 /- from a sbi atm, biarapa, alipurduar, wb-735204. But because of some technical problem atm provided me 6000/- rupees instead and my account has been debited with 10000 inr. I have lodged a complaint to the bank by a written application attached herewith but no response received. Please help me to get refunded my balance 4000 inr. Details are as follows-
