I, ratna mukherjee went ubi santipur branch for a loan of rs 25, 000 against my fd [a/c[protected]] my sb a/c number is[protected], after waiting near about two and half hour your loan dept. Officer asked me he had other work & can not process my work after that loan officer mr. Saurav leave bank with some people by a car. Ihave need money for treatment but that officer is fully undutiful.[protected]
