United Bank Of India [UBI] — bank did not received a soil note of rs 500 which i got from same branch atm

Respected sir,
United bank of india, sindrani branch deny to received a soil note of rs 500 which i got from same branch atm on 03/12/2017 at 7.30 pm. My customer id is 24158330, account number is[protected], ifs code is utbi0sdzw70. The branch said that they did not load the money in that atm so they did not get the soil note. So i have a problem
