My self rajender kumar, partner in M/s Johri mal Brij Lal, having current account number[protected] with your khari baoli delhi branch. I am facing issues with the banking services at the branch . The connectivity is always as an issue.
I have sent a cheque for withdrawl from last 2 days however always returned on pretext of no connectivity.
My cheques are also being retuned despite sufficient balance being maintained in the account. it is affecting the financial credibility of my organization without any fault of mine. I am a customer from more than 3 decades and in these difficult times i am facing issues with digital banking also.
The staff is not well aware of the new portals for drawing statements and helping the customer. I am loosing faith in your customer service which is a huge disappointment .
I would want an early action in all my issues so that they can be resolved amicably without any need for further escalations.
