Yesterday i came to ubi imphal branch (Ifsc code : utbi0imp312) to open a new bank account and enquired a ladies staff where to submit account openning form. The lady staff told me that the staff concerned to recieved the form was out for lunch. The lady who was out for lunch came back and i submitted the form. She told me that i need to get her (The first lady staff) verification first. As i am told i appproached her (The first staff) again to get my form verified. There she told me it was not her to verify the form and show me, by pointing at one of the staff stationed at the reception deck. I went to him (The staff at the reception deck) who also behaved toward me in the same way and told me that it was not him it was her who is to verify "account openning form. Lastly, after a little arguement, she told me that customers from tamenglong can't open bank account in imphal. And i went back withou openning my account.
I want immediate action against those staffs and i want a (In written) reply that what action been taken by you.
