Sub: - regarding a debit transaction of my savings account no[protected].

Sir,
I would like to inform you that on 12th oct-2017 i made an online payment to holy cross school of rs. 525/-. The amount was debited from my account but has not credited to the beneficiary account.
So, please look into this matter and take further needful steps so that i can return back the said amount.
Transaction amount is given bellow-

Date - 12/10/2017... Description - holy cross school ag /[protected]... Transaction id - s6279335... Transaction amount - dr 525.00 (Inr)

I am complaining against auto debit.i am Karun Sukul a/c holder of maliara branch in bankura district a/c no[protected] the branch auto debit my cash against my lone without my permission. I have already complain to the manager but they take no steps. I am helpless.My mobile no. [protected]

I have a PPF account in UBI-Naihati A/C No-Â 0124PPF[protected] and I transferred 2000/- to this account from my UBI
savings A/C No[protected] .But it was debited from my savings account but not credited in PPF account.After failure transaction it has not been refunded for last 8 days.After logging the complain it's still not resolved
