United Bank Of India [UBI] — debited 2 times against 1 recharge

On 10 th july 2018 i'm recharged my mobile by using paytm apps of rs159/. Unfortunately my account was debited 2 times against 1 recharge. I'm complaing to paytm for this issue. But they advice for a complain to my bank regarding this issue. Because they had received one amount. So please scrutinised the matter and arrange to refund my extra amount of rs159/ as early.
