Account holder name is asraful sk, my account no is[protected], i i want to payment counselling fee from my debit card, but deducted money but not confirmation/ success my process, i have already try three time but not success and three times deducted money, and show message like oops, an error has occurred, forbidden, so what i will do? Please help me and return my money as possible as, i shall be highly obliged to you.

I have enterred wrong pin and my atm is blocked, i have contacted customer care but no one is receivng the call, please let me know the procedure for further proceess to take place.
