United Bank Of India [UBI] — disputed transaction

Today around 10am I was in a SBI atm at Airforce Station kumbhirgram . After completing every formalities the ATM machine start counting the currency it was almost near to receive the amount but unfortunately Electricity gone and the ATM machine shut down in the next second.
After few seconds a message from bank that I received it was shocked that time because the message said amount has deducted but I have not received any money the amount is 2500.
