I am an account holder of your bank and i have atm card from your bank. On saturday (01/09/2018) at around 6pm to 6.30 pm, when i tried to withdraw rs. 5000/- twice from sbi atm, kestopur branch but both times the transaction on the screen showed unable to process as well as the receipt came out saying "sorry unable to process" whereas instantly rs. 10, 000/- was deducted from my account. Please refund me the said rs. 10, 000/ at the earliest and oblige.
