United Bank Of India [UBI] — failed online transaction but debited account

This is to bring to your kind notice, i krishnendu mandal (Advocate), with the a/c no[protected] ifsc-utbi0net082, of my u. B. I has made an online transaction through my net banking on dated 04/09/2017 on 1p. M and 05/09/2017 on 11.55 am to north point english academy, malda of rs.1600/- and 1600/- for my son's school fees. The transaction has error but my account has been debited for this online transfer.
Therefore it is requested to kindly resolve the problem and the same amount is to be credited or refund to my a/c (Above mentioned) as early as possible.
