I bought a saree from jayguru bastralaya at shyambazar, kolkata on 22.9.2019 at 16.53 pm. I made the payment through debit card o[censored]nited bank of india. The first payment was a failed transaction. I again made the payment of rs 2300. I also have the receipt of failed transaction. I beg you to please take up some immediate steps to resolve my case. I really need back the amount.

I send money of Rupees 500 to another bank account on 26 August, 2019 (Bank Reference ID[protected], but the transaction is failed but money debited from my account. The money was sent through Amazon UPI. Kindly refund the entire money of Rupees 500.
