United Bank Of India [UBI] — Fund debited not credited to the beneficiary account

Dear sir,
I made a online fund transfer on 27/07/2020 at 18-21p. M. Of rs 2000. My account was debited but the benificary account was not credited.
And i don't know the reason so please do the needful asap. My account number is[protected]. And transaction number is trtr/[protected]/[protected]/one time imps-qft.
