Harassment of staff towards beneficiary named Santi Kumar Ghosh, a central Govt. Pension holder has died on[protected], runs a joint account under U.B.I, HASNABAD branch, NORTH 24 PARGANAS, PIN-743426. Kakali Ghosh (Basu) is the joint A/c (Savings) holder with the pensioner. Now, to operate the said account staff of the bank viz. Deputy Manager Mr. Madhusudan Mondal along with a non-Bengali staff is misguiding beneficiary without disclosing the requirement for running the said account properly in her name. Although necessary documents already deposited in her favour. Pl. look after the case.
