United Bank Of India [UBI] — I am complaining about cash withdrawal from atm

I withdraw Rs. 500 from ATM but the ATM has no cash. ATM is showing "unable to dispense" and at the same time i have got a message debiting from my account (account no.[protected], Bhangagarh Branch, Guwahati-781005, Assam) Rs. 500. After that i check in mini statement and there shows that my cash has withdrawn. So kindly look in to the matter and please credit the amount Rs. 500 as soon as possible.

Your UBI AC XX0177 is debited by Rs 15300.0 on[protected]:00:25 at JESSORE ROAD, HABRA .Clear AC Bal Rs 176629.58. Disputed TXN Reporting- goo.gl/4G2wW3
But it's does not withdraw the amount but 15300 has been dabit from my account..
So please refund my money...
