United Bank Of India [UBI] — I am not getting my 7th pay commission

I am ex - hav - nauser ali malita. My ppo no - s/o12101/2001 (Army)
As per 7th pay commission, i should be gettinh 2.57 time of my basic pay 7795 ie rs 20033 but i have received rs 17539as my pension in the month of dec 2016 and same amount in the month of jan, 2017. Its means i am not getting pension as per 7th pay commission. Request to u kindly look this matter my bank details below account no :[protected] ifsc : utibioarg910 plz
