United Bank Of India [UBI] — I have withdrawn money in united bank atm but did not received money

I have withdrawn rs-3500on 01/09/2018 in my current account[protected] at an ubi atm. Dut did not received money and ubi bank send my balance sheet they're debited in my account pls help my this time i am hopples. And this atm location is amta. Any mobile number is [protected] and therefore my savings account[protected] has been some problem and this time bank debited rs 1500 and what is the problem please help my
