United Bank Of India [UBI] — I'm complaining regarding my refund which is not credited

I had purchased a phone from amazon on 05/01/2019, it was 2, 999 /-after that i cancelled it on the same day. I called amazon service they told me that they had already issued my refund & they gave a customer reference number and told me to wait 5 business day. Again i called them 10th&14th january bt they told me same. Now i really worried about it, where is my refund actually? There is reference no[protected]
