United Bank Of India [UBI] — loan purpose

From last six months i (Debjani sasmal, an icds employee) applied a loan to mugberia ubi branch. I met with the respective manager almost seven to eight times. But he did not take any action. He said for this loan he want to take a signature of my son. As he said i took my son three times with me to the branch. But till now he did not approve my loan and also give another date. So please reply me when is it possible or not and don't harass anybody like me.
