The united bank of india kanchrapara's staff ms saumita das, misbeahaved me and also misguided me. She is torned my filled form for reissue my internet banking pin. Without seeing my form she has been varifired my signature for replacement of debit card. After understanding the real matter she has been torned my form and said to me to recover my net banking ipin with the help of debit card. But i have been trying to recover my net banking ipin with the help of debit card for last seven days. But it not has been fone due to some yechnical problem. My filled form was marked by tick on net banking i pin. But she has been refused to read the form. At last again i filled up a another form and submit to her. Then she unneccesary delayed my work for 30 minutes then trasnsfer to a another bank worker. At the another worker has done my work. I think the manner of ms soumita das is not proper for public dealing. So i request you to take neccesary action for avoiding such type of incedent. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
