I am to inform you that I am
a Retd. WBCS officer and a customer of your bank . Me and my wife both are Senior citizens and presently ill .
I providing my ATM card to daughter for last 10 days to withdraw cash . But the ATM bellow UBI, Beliaghata branch, Kolkata - 700015, is out of order for last 10 days . My daughter visited the Manager earlier when he told her to come with a cheque and withdraw cash from their branch . But when today my daughter went to him with my signed cheque the Manager and Dy Manager refused to provide her any cash by saying that my account does not belong to their branch . Again they told that I or my wife will have to come personally to withdraw cash from my own account . Their behaviour was also very rough. It didn't look like that they are capable of any public dealings . They are trying to work as less as possible. How can a ATM be out of order for 10 consecutive days ? What action the Manager has taken and what is the outcome of that ?
I send my daughter to withdraw my hard-earned cash from my own account, why did the Manager and Dy Manager behaved like my daughter is begging for money from . Even if she requested to show her Government ID card they refused . Instead the Manager told her to leave his chamber.
What kind of misbehaviour is this ?
Are you entitled to insult your customers like this ?
I request you to take proper action against the Manager and the Dy Manager for this and regularise the customer service of your branch .
