United Bank Of India [UBI] — Money can't refund till now

i am rupak sinha
i cancelled a order of 1229 rupees on[protected]
order no[protected]
refund reference # 75260820281042741747828
debit card no- 5199031xxxx0016
bank account no[protected]
united bank of india, durganagar branch

after cancellation i get a msg that it will be refund to 2-4 business days. But then when i call to you your send me a mail that it will be processed on[protected]

i send you all proof of my bank details to you that still now on today i can't getback any refund to my bank account.
Do i get any interest on it if the declared refund date is completed?
plz do a step on it immedeatly help me.
