United Bank Of India [UBI] — Money deducted twice

I tried to recharge my phone balance through upi bhim app for rs 51. At the first try it says transaction time out and says payment failed. So, i tried again for second time and this time succeeded. But the said amount of rs. 51 was deducted twice (A total of ₹102 was deducted from my account). So, kindly refund the extra amount of ₹51 deducted from my account.
