United Bank Of India [UBI] — money didn't get from atm but has been deducted from account

On 24th of aug 2017 at 18:28pm i tried to take some money (2000/-) from sbi atm counter at bijoygarh, jadavpur (As bijoygarh ubi atm was not working) but it was showing unable to proceed then again next time at 18:29pm i tried to take 2500/- from the same counter and then again the status came saying unable to proceed. But i got two texts from ubi saying 4500/- has been deducted from my account. I didn't get money that day. It's still not been refunded. I just want to know if i will get it back or not.

I attached my aadhaar number with my savinng(salary ac) 3months ago, during my e-verication of Incomtax Return through your bank showing prevalidating
bank ac failed. Plz take Necessary action
