United Bank Of India [UBI] — money has been deducted 500 at the same time of withdrawal from atm but cash not received

I withdrawl money from atm dated[protected]:49:45 at bandwan branch (On-sbi) amount rs. 500, transaction failed.
Again withdrawl 500 at the same time same location
Both transaction failed. But 500
Money has been deducted from my account but i did not get money.
Money has not been refunded yet to my account.
So refund money to my account as soon as possible.
