Sir, i want to say that yesterday my family send money to me from the bank but till today they cant updated my status and my money its very important to complain because its 5th time i am facing same problem this type of service is which is given by bank to customer is not good i request you to please provide some good service to people so they can not face any type of problem

I did not get a debit card from ubi bank Narayanpur Kolkata branch even after 2 months. I complained to the manager who too reluctantly said ill get it soon that's it . again I went but the staff misbehaved mockingly asking me to deposit money first. Worst banking experience
