1. Requested for withdrawing of cash of rs.5000/- on dated 24.09.2019 at about 6.30 p. M. Through atm. Atm automatically started shuffling of cash but it was not disbursed immediately due to power failure, machine stopped & cash was debited from my account.
2. Waited there till machine being restarted but power was failure for a long time and no such message of recredit of amount to my account was received.
3. Given written complain on 25.09.2019 to the bank authority for non-disbursement of cash of rs.5000/- and at the same time, as per official advise, complaint lodged through ubi help line no. [protected] for the same. It was lodged by getting reference no. [protected] to adc on 25.09.2019
4. After some days, feedback message against above reference no received on my registered mobile that “complaint rejected”.
5. Immediately after getting above message, i logged in ubi grievance cell stating all in details by grievance no.[protected]
6. Ubi bank grievance cell rejected the complaint on dated 16.10.2019 (Printed copy attached)
7. On reply, i submitted feedback to the grievance on dated 17.10.2019 & 23.10.2019 (Twice) by requesting to see the matter once again. (Printed copy attached)
8. At the same time, i lodged complaint to rbi grievance cell by complaint no. [protected] on dated 23.10.2019. (Printed copy attached)
9. Till date there is no movement in rbi procedure as well as ubi grievance of my grievance lodged separately. (Copy attached)
10. Submitting bank statement from 24.09.2019 to till date wherein in does not shown such revert of cash has been received by me from bank side.
