Myself samir das, an a/c holder of your bank. My a/c no. Is[protected]. My bank's ifse code is utbi0kere38. On 2nd may, 2018 i had placed a transaction for the payment of application fee of rs.550/- to hyderabad university through online. After feeling the form i paid this application fee but it showed unsuccessful for the 1st transaction though amount rs.550/- charged from my savings a/c. I placed another transaction for the same day to pay my application fee. But it showed unsuccessful for the second time too, even amount rs. 550/- charged again from my a/c. After a few hours i checked my application form and found that my application fee is paid. I didn't find any transaction details regarding this paid transaction. On 3rd of this month i told all the details to this bank's 2nd manager and he told me to place a complain consisting those prolems. He told me to place complaint for one transaction as he was instructed to take only one complaint from my side, though i was not confirmed which one was the successful from the two transactions. I complaint for one transaction only as per his instruction and he placed it without knowing which one was unsuccessful. On 2nd june i got a sms from vm-ubibnk consisting 'transaction successful for tran dt 02-may-18 and amt rs.550. Complain has been rejected." i have enclosed a image of this perticular sms with this complain. I did't get my amount rs.550/- for unsuccessful transaction yet.
