So here is the situation i spoke with a very nice rep before my payment was due and explain very throughly that only!!! To take one payment because we discussed my paying it off in full!!! But, not at the present time cause he could not assure me an additional funds!!! Not to mention the unprofessioal calls going unanswered nor returned in a timely manner!!! So after the 15th payment's was taken i finally got to speak with a supervisor by the name of josh from your missouri office and he did mangaged to return one of the payment but at this time some of my other monthly obilgations went into non-payment as well as my account going into a negative balance and also being told that "josh" montoring my account and desputing with me my piight of mismangement by ubi!!! I have attempted to try and understand the companies position is that you faithfully take peoples monies as well as your not wanting to give additional funds which "josh" not himself telling me this but had one of his "rude representive by the name of ashely!" deleiver it by phone with no customer relelations at all!!!
