United Bank Of India [UBI] — payment done, but not received to dmrc

I had done a payment to DMRC as fees for the post of Junior engineer, and payment was shown successful. But the payment didn't reached to DMRC. After that I made another payment to DMRC and it was successful and reached to DMRC. but after some days the first parent also reached to DMRC and the total of 2 payments have have been done. So, I want my one payment back to me. Kindly return my 500 rupees...
