United Bank Of India [UBI] — prayer for refund the unsuccessful transaction amount

I have paid nios d. El. Ed. Admission fees through nios online admission portal against the reference no. Is d[protected]on 25 sept' 2017 although transaction is not successful, it's showing that digital txn failed. The amount of rs, 4500/= has been debited to my a/c. Please let me know how can i get refund that amount in my account.
Therefore, i request you to take necessary steps and arrangement for this same.
