This is for your kind information that I am Arup Kr. Roy & I have a savings A/C at UBI, Burnpur branch having A/C no.[protected].On 01.09.18 about 19:22 hrs.I use my ATM card at Bandhan Bank, Asansol branch's ATM for withdraw Rs.3000/-(ATM ID:BD171201) but I could not get any amount & Rs.3000/- debited from my a/c. I get a slip Wrote "SYSTEM ERROR" /TRACE NO: 506786/RESP CD:96.
Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter sympathetically & Refund my amount i.e. Rs.3000/- as early as possible. The ATM transaction slip attach herewith for your ready reference.
