United Bank Of India [UBI] — quick fund transfer not successful

Myself suvrojit bhattacharyya made a quick transfer of amount 4000/- to soumyadeep ghosh . but still the amount was not credited to soumyadeep . Transaction detals TRTR/[protected]/ 25-03 and also money was not return back to me also. so my request to u to refund the 4000- to my debit account if any problem occur during transaction.
