United Bank Of India [UBI] — Refund issued from Amazon but not credited in my account

Amazon has already issued my refund on 12th July but today is 28th july but its not been credited in my account I tried to contact the customer service of bank a lot but that is so worthless, no one to help not even receive any input nothing the reference id given by the bank is 74332740195019424247161.
