United Bank Of India [UBI] — refund o[censored]nsuccessful payment through net banking from account no[protected]

Payment made to bsnl on 07/05/2019 vide transaction details - ubp/xfer/[protected] amounting to rs 36 was not successful and message received through registered mobile no -[protected] regarding the disputed transaction reporting but the amount have been deducted from my above-said account.
So it is requested to refund the amount of rs-36 and oblige
