United Bank Of India [UBI] — refund unsuccessful transaction

I am atul chandra sardar. My account no. Is[protected]. I was try to withdrawal 10thousand rupees by two attempts. First 10000 and second 10000. I tried in atm it showed system error. But i have received two sms "your ubi ac xxx2468 is debited by 10000 nd then 10000. On 01/09/2018 18:37:&18:36 at boi ghatakpukur.
Kindly refund my money as soon as possible. Thank you..
