United Bank Of India [UBI] — Regarding forgot internet banking password

Hi,
Myself susil kumar sabat (A/c no :[protected]. Userid : 46308232. Unfortunately i forgot my login password and i do not have debit card, debit card is deactivated because i did not use for long time. And also i relocated to bangalore, can not be able to come to branch as well. Could you please help me how to retrieve my login and transaction password? Customer care said you have to go to branch there is no other options.
