Respected sir/madam,
My father maintains an account at ubi in andhra pradesh.
I have transferred 2.45 lakhs to my father's account for some emergency this morning.
The bank manager has refused to allow my dad to withdraw his money.
In addition, manager has even told that the customer has to call him and inform him a day earlier.
I am wondering, is there a policy to inform the manager a day before to withdraw cash?
I wanted to talk to the manager to explain him the situation and asked my dad to pass on the mobile phone to the manager this morning.
However, the manager told him that he does not have to talk to anyone over phone and he does not even have time to talk to the customers over phone.
Manager’s interaction with customers is very bad. The customers are afraid to even enter to the bank branch here.
Request you to please intervene and help us to withdraw our money today.

i say that bank cashier no receipt balance in bank so that say out side bank fino mini bank open customer from jalalpur mariyahu side. If any man debit balance in bank amount 14000 thousand. cashier say that bank in amount not receipt.
