Last Three Manths Manthly ECS is not come in my bank I will say our kasbapeth Branch Staff but Problem not solve

I am sbi user ac/no [protected] i tried to withdraw 1000 from United bank ATM, ATM machine displayed the Transaction cancelled, but my 1000 rupee deducted.
