Dear sir/madam, I went to UBI (Branch- Deganga, W.B-743423) to withdraw money but I found the main gate was locked. I looked for some employee but no one was there and after some time a boy came and told that after 3:30 pm no work will be done so come tomorrow. I had some emergency and so I went there. What if someone cant make it till 3:30 pm because of his work and all. Is 3:30 is the official time?
