United Bank Of India [UBI] — three time debited in saving account

I hada withdraw g s road ulubari ubi atm center use thiree times atm card.
Bt i have not get any amount physically then instead off rupes 2000 debited in my acount thiree times.
Please reverse rupes 6000 in my saving acount.
So im requesting you grant my above mention matter.
