United Bank Of India [UBI] — transaction disabled

While trying to make an transaction online, through net banking with my id 56947757, the system don't allow me to process my transaction. A message flash says "the user is disabled for transaction". Its being almost more than 9 months of period that i complained twice in my branch about it, but no help and response from the bank manager rather his reply is always negative.
I also tried to call the toll free number and that too is a bluff. So i need to get out of the problem as soon as possible.

Bikikumarroy's response I TAPASI ROY ubi bank has stolen 3600.paschim putiary branch.on 03-10-17.without my signature bank withdrawn 3600Rs.

I TAPASI ROY, On 03-10-17 United bank paschim putiary bank stolen 3600 without my signature.Saving a/c08630*****1311 3600 Rs stolen ubi paschim putiary branch kindly recovered it.and punished plz for without signature withdrawn 3600Rs.I am pension holder this bank
Bikikumarroy is my son.
