While trying to make an transaction online, through net banking with my id 56947757, the system don't allow me to process my transaction. A message flash says "the user is disabled for transaction". Its being almost more than 9 months of period that i complained twice in my branch about it, but no help and response from the bank manager rather his reply is always negative.
I also tried to call the toll free number and that too is a bluff. So i need to get out of the problem as soon as possible.
