United Bank Of India [UBI] — transaction failed but amount debited

I was withdrawal money from atm using my debit card that time suddently power gone and machine stoped working, i didnt recieve cash but money is deducted from my account. It happends with me on 19/06/2018 morning around 7 am. Please help me out.
