Myself moushumi hazra, (Account number[protected] an account holder o[censored]nited bank of india (Sreebhumi branch). On saturday (01/09/2018) at around 6:45pm, i tried to withdraw (First time) rs. 900/- and (2nd time) rs. 1000/- from sbi atm, hatibagan branch. Tried to withdraw again rs. 200/- from icici atm, hatibagan branch but every time the transaction on the screen showed unable to process as well as the receipt came out saying "sorry unable to process" whereas instantly rs. 900/, rs. 1000/ & rs. 200/- was deducted from my account. Please refund me the cash at the earliest and oblige.
And by this time, i tried to contact customer care, but accidentally i have hotlisted my atm card on saturday (01/09/2018) around 8:15pm. So, i also request you to unblock my card as soon as possible. Thank you...
